1. ORDERS
What if place a wrong order by mistake?
No worries. Just email / call us at aparna@excluzvt.com / 267-939-2444 to cancel. Cancellations get full refund within 48 hours of order placement.
What happens if I receive incorrect or damaged items?
Please contact Excluzvt by phone or email within 7 days of the receipt date if you received incorrect or damaged goods. Please specify what was wrong with your order. Depending on the issue we can either issue you a replacement or a full refund. We reserves the right to determine which resolution to apply. However, our customers come first with us and we will work with you to ensure your happiness and satisfaction shopping with us.
Important: Please ensure you send returns via a traceable method and keep the tracking number until you receive your refund or replacement.
2. SHIPPING
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once your order is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
1- 3 business days based on your location for domestic orders (within the US). For international orders, you can expect the transit time to be anywhere between 5 - 10 days.
How can I track my order?
When the order ships we will email you with a tracking number. You can then track your order on the USPS website.
3. RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 10 days of the purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns as long as the goods are not used or damaged. Important: Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please ensure you send returns via a traceable method and keep the tracking number until you receive confirmation from us that we have received the returned items.
Can I return items that I bought on sale?
We are sorry we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale.
How long will it take for me to get refunded?
We have to receive the return goods before we can process your refund. Once we receive the goods, we will send you a receipt email. It typically takes 3- 7 business days to issue a refund from the date of the receipt email.
